Absolutely stunning! They close at 6 so make sure to buy tickets prior to 5. We missed the house tour 🙁 they don’t open until 1 either.

Beautiful grounds and beautiful house! Taking a horse and carriage ride ($40) is fun & perfect if you're in a time crunch and want to see everything without taking the time to walk!

The gardens & waterfall surrounding areas are impressive, well maintained, beautiful. Avoid the horses,they stink and can be a rip off. Highly recommended, leave the car and walk around, it's free!

To access the house, you must be with a guide. Unfortunately didn't get to see inside, outside grounds are still gorgeous and worth a visit- Esp via a pony carriage ride!

cycle path around the Muckross lake is amazing. but beware of people! they make the route NOT one-way only...
