Very spacious and clean facility, machines work great and prices are reasonable. Biggest perk is the free wifi!

Least appropriate way to handle a customer service issue. As an employee of a fine clothing store, I DON'T EVER plan on going there again. Apparently customer retention is not a priority here.

Really bad customer service. People at the counter are always rude. Ruined a shirt of mine and argued with me about it. Prices are reasonable but from what I hear they're going to rise
