Modern coffee tab cafe around Saladeng which is trendy now. Lot of tasty menu like Nitro Coffee, Kai Kem Latte, Yuzu Lemonade or something simple like americano or flat white. No parking.

Solid cold brew. I will take a pass on the signature Kai Khem (salted egg) latte though. Nice second floor, but no WiFi
