Try the Canton Chow Main. The noodle is pan fried... crunchy noodles. Its a fun way to do chow mein... and it taste great.

Get the Chow mein-Make sure you ask for it without MSG! Tastes just as good. Oh. And plenty of spring rolls n dumplings.
