It’s like you enter a cult. A benevolent one. Let yourself be guided, gently prodded on by the Chef, from antipasti to cassata; by waiters pouring one wine, then another, better to go with your meat.

After an amazing mixed fish carpaccio, fresh pasta calabrese and cassata made to order, they just wouldn’t let me go without ‘un piccolo canolo’ and limoncello on the house. Viva Italia!
