Techs are usually rude even on the phone Pharmacy is poorly managed. They lost my refill for a week even though I kept calling had it been something like a blood thinner or insulin I'd be dead

If I wasn't forced by my insurance to use cvs, I'd never bring my Rx's here! No courtesy; no have a nice day. 1/2the time I'm not even sure if the transaction is finished bc they just walk away after

If it wasn't for an employer mandate on my prescriptions, I would NEVER patronize CVS. TERRIBLE customer service.
