Staff speaks English well enough, close to seven eleven stores and restaurants. Free WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms. All in all it is a great place to stay at for a cheap price.

Excelente local y perfectamente situado. Wifi en todo el edificio. Habitaciones pequeñas pero con aire acondicionado que en verano es básico.

After you came out from Hankyu Kawaramachi station exit 10, turn right and go straight. You'll see family mart on your right. It's just 30m from Family Mart. :)

A very nice and convenient place to stay! Facilities also good! Just don't wash too much clothes, dryer hardly dry it. Would love to come back again!
