They have free dryers in the laundry room, also a place to buy snacks reasonably priced. Nice value add, but the common areas smell like smoke. Room doesn't smell bad though.

The hotel lobby is pretty ghetto. The rooms are nice, but they kinda smell.

The receptionist was nice but the hotel is a bit ghetto. Also, not really walking distance from the Galleria as I expected.
