Rooms are small and generally clean, but hotel is in need of renovation and face lift. Breakfast/food is ok. Location is convenient. Generally friendly staff, with some exceptions.

Great views and location, however The Rooms are outdated, and they are small too like the parking lot.

Crowne Plaza in Haifa is an old building and the rooms are small, but it's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I think I'd stay there again.

A little bit decadent. Haifa is nice but sleepy. The beach is Ok and so is generally the food. People don't smile and don't talk too much.

Nice hotel.. Crown Lounge is a nice perk for Priority Club Platnium members. Breakfast buffet is overpriced with a minimal selection (70 NIS/$20 USD).

At the breakfast buffet try the self serve fresh squeezed orange juice. Awesome!
