They've only got 1 luggage cart, so leave those unused pieces of luggage in their bag room.

Nice airport hotel! Good service, a bit old but clean rooms. Airport bus is a big plus.

Nice airport hotel with usual breakfast buffet. It is outside the free airport bus travel zone so you will need a ticket if using public buses from Heathrow central bus station.

Good hotel along the airport perimeter, don't take the hoppa buses, just take a bus from Heathrow central, much faster and cheaper.

Dreadful hotel. Staff unhelpful, overpriced food and average rooms. Certainly well under par for a DoubleTree hotel.
