Rooms can be noisy on weekends when there is a wedding in the atrium. Sooo pretty tho.

The rooms are pretty standard, but the ambiance of the arcade is breathtaking! One of the most beautiful hotel locations I’ve ever seen!

I loved the Arcade. The service was top notch and the island feel of the room was understated but relaxing.

If you plan on sleeping on the weekend, don't get a room facing the arcade. Non stop screaming people that echo. 'Exterior' inside walls poorly insulated and you hear everything.

Not just this hotel, but all hotels' extra beds (the roll away beds) are the worst! you can literally feel each individual spring! And the rooms need major remodelling. Walls and ceilings are uneven!
