While not inexpensive, I find the price well worth it. Perfect location, beautiful surroundings and super laid back vibe. Pool and hot tub and great. Kid friendly. Clean, nice rooms. Great time

Love KIVR!! Will definitely be back next year!! Rooms are amazing and the view of Lake Erie is breathtakingly beautiful!!
