Terrible Hotel. Didn't give me the Suite I paid for. Didn't credit me for the smaller room. Charged me an additional $100 for what I was told were complimentary apples. I would not recommend!

Old rooms and property. Good staff. Minimal plugs in rooms. Unimpressive to say the least. Old TV.

A rare oasis in midtown. Their free wifi is blazing fast even with dozens of people on it. If you look up "hospitality" in wikipedia, there should be an image of Roger Smith's staff. Very impressive.
