Friendly staff and casino floor is inviting and fun. Not being able to get a mini fridge is a pain. They should be in every room, you should not have to request them. WiFi is terrible.

If you enjoy relaxing at night watching TV, be aware that there are not many channels to pick from. Need extended cable service or satellite.

Great staff. Best valley person ever is LeRoy. Brenda @ KENO is awesome. Best service in snack bar is Monica. Everyone on the staff is friendly. We feel just like we are at home.

You can tip any casino employee. If for some strange reason that individual cannot accept it, they'll let you know.
