Não fiquei hospedada no hotel mas fui jantar ao TN, restaurante do hotel. Serviço de excelência com direito a escanção. Obrigatório experimentar a tempura de polvo.

Pro tip: eat at this nice hotel BEFORE going to Terra Nostra gardens, as they offer free entrance for the guests of the restaurant! The food and the service is very nice!

When visiting the volcanic islands of the Azores. Drop your bags at this hotel. It’s near the hot springs on Sao Miguel, the main island, and has a thermal pool heated by the volcanoes.

It is a really good hotel with excellent service which they declare. I think it can be a 5 stars hotel, I don't know what they don't have for this. Free entrance for guests to Terra Nostra Garden.
