ocean views are incredible! you can literally see the sunrise from your room! location is awesome, close to kapaa downtown.

Spent 5 nights here and loved it! Extremely good price to value - ocean view from all rooms, water bottle to reuse, free morning yoga classes, beautiful sunrises and newly renovated rooms. 👍

We spent 5 noghts here and I don’t understand the low rating of this place. Fully renovated (pictures not updated),room had views of the ocean.Free morning ioga and free bicycles.Continental breakfast

Good location. Best oceanview rooms are 312 (3rd Floor), 112 (1st Floor) , 307 & 107. The best oceanfront rooms are 325 & 125. Don't expect luxury but all you need in a nice place for a fair rate.

The Wifi is slow, the rooms are a bit outdated but it is a good value with close beach access, scenic views off the large balcony, in a great location and has larger fridge with small food prep area.
