Not only does it cost a fortune, the lack of good service, clean environment etc is disgusting. Everything has become self service but no investment in quality!

Ster Kinekor fails horribly at customer satisfaction. The self service machines are eternally broken and the food queue is insanely long! Seats are dirty.

Going for a "flick" has become an expensive outing, especially if it is 3D. Much better with movie cards or other card giving a variety of discounts...
