There are no public toilets in the city centre. The library is your best option. Put bags in a locker, head in and follow the signs to the aseos.

Biblioteca muito silenciosa, eh uma delicia estudar aqui! Tem livros otimos a disposicao, e um sistema de emprestimo bem eficiente. Eh limpinha, centralizada, e quentinha.
