The best!!!!! Joy is my favorite and she teaches at the most convenient times for me, making yoga possible. I'm so grateful. I love everybody here, the studio is beautiful and conveniently located.

Don't eat too much before class especially dairy and pasta.

Hydrate about an hr before you go and skip water during class.

A reminder for the self centered among us. When class ends, there is usually another class after it and 30 minutes in between, try to cut your rest to 15 min. And let other prepare for their session!

If there is a fountain of youth, it is Bikram Yoga! A secret to surviving is to breathe through your nose not your mouth and come hydrated.
