Go Bus is far superior to Citylink. Better wifi (more reliable) and the fare is cheaper too as well as the staff being friendlier.

If you see the new citylink buses (summer 2011), choose then over gobus! They have so much more legroom!

Non stop bus service between Dublin and Galway with free wifi on board in 2,5hrs. I recommend GoBus!
