Good access to parking, very big store with great selection within each department. Tech support are great. Sometimes very hard to find staff. Staff in haberdashery often reluctant to help.

The store is bright and spacious and has a great selection of products on offer. The cafe is nice too although can get really packed at peak times.

Possibly the best place to eat in leicester city centre. The kids meal deal is outstanding value. £3.95 for 6 items + crayons etc
