I can still park here at 8-9am on a weekday because of the new rates. 50 pesos for the first 3 hours and 20 pesos for the succeeding hour.

Used to have lots of unoccupied spaces. But since the charging was changed, the parking is almost full as early as 9:30am. Try to come earlier.
