Old Burke County Courthouse & Heritage Museum

The courthouse was built circa 1835 by James Binnie and served as Burke County's courthouse until 1976. The Heritage Museum, located in the courthouse, has a permanent exhibit on the history of the Old Courthouse as well as a gallery featuring changing exhibits on Burke County history.
