Vivian. Make sure it's Vivian. Saw her do a men's cut before I sat down. Looked really nice. I have long hair and I get anxiety about getting a haircut. I love this cut. Miraculous!

Fucking horrendous customer service. Even when you make a 'reservation' with a certain stylist and you show up on time you still end up waiting a half an hour while all the walk-ins around you get in!

I have had my hair cut at Floyd's in California and Chicago! They are simply the best anywhere! I am glad I didn't have to leave them behind when I moved west!!
