Everything is so delicious. They make cashew AND almond milk in house, they get all manners of veggies and herbs from their garden out back, and they have tons of vegan options. So simple + delish.

Cafe Phoenix is amazing. The menu changes daily and all of the food is organic and locally grown. Here is a bowl of vanilla chai pudding topped with coconut, agave, toasted almonds, and fruit!

Breakfast burrito is pretty fantastic. Not your average cafe by a long shot; most fruits vegetables are grown out back in the garden.
