Lamb liver was good. Steak platter is for 2 persons minimum, so could not try it. Friendly staff. Pitty they stop serving outside early.

Love the Chester! Great beer/ales and amazing food. Tasty specials change daily but it's the steak platter that's the hero - the small is plenty for 3 and the large would be fine for 5!

That's the steak platter, for 2-3 people. It's awesome. There's even smoked bacon in the cabbage. And the chips are excellent. It's a must-have, but bring your appetite.

The food here is outstanding. Especially the steak. They have a good selection of beers. Their ales are actually fresh too. And the staff take care in making good suggestions.
