The Leopard is absolutely delicious. What a great idea to put parmesan in a ramen - for extra umami. We do this at home now too. Tim Anderson really knows his onions.

Best ramen I’ve had in a while. The noodles had a bite (most places I’ve been to overcook their noodles), pickled egg was another highlight and the soup was flavoursome. The Ramen for Faye Wong was 👌

The lamb Curry noodle is fantastic. Weird concept for a dish that tastes fantastic.

Ample, rich portions of unctuous, crowd pleasing food. Curried goat broth of the signature ramen hits the perfect note of sourness, deep umami earthy sweet, and throat-kick of scotch bonnet chilli.

The small plates are great, and very good vegetarian options! Particularly recommend the plantain Katsu curry and the KFJ jackfruit!
