Nice Quiet place. Easy beach access. Easy on/off island access. Short drive from most attractions on Sanibel. Has tennis courts, shuffleboard, pool and Grills for cookouts.

Fun place the "cops" make up the dumbest rules ever so be careful if you see them.

Beautiful condominium resort! Be careful playing any type of throwing sport in the large spacious center courtyard as its against the rules and the owners don't like it (and they'll let you know).
