My favorite hotel in Gatlinburg. Super clean!!! I love the lazy river and fire pits and the biscuits and gravy are such a treat in the morning! Check out isn't until noon! 👍😃

This hotel makes you feel you are inside a cabin. Fireplace in room and we had a balcony on the city side, it was great.

1st time. They charge u when u check in instead of leave, which is kind of weird but the staff & rooms are really nice.

A wonderful, clean hotel! Very friendly staff. The river view was great- the kids loved to watch the roaring river. A great place to stay!

Recommend city view vs. river view (just faces another hotel). Also wi-fi is not strong and tends to freeze up. Big room and clean hotel though.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Would do city view instead of river view if we stay again. River view faces a hotel right across the water.

Cabin like atmosphere, friendly staff and super clean renovated rooms with fireplaces in the rooms. Can't go wrong when you stay here.
