Nice atmosphere, and clean rooms .BUT concerning the room services💔;I had to wait for 1 hr and may be more for the in-room dining menu to be delivered. more than 2 hours to bring babybed!

We went there just to try their restaurant. It was average, it took more than 1 hour to get the wifi password. They didn't help us out to change our foreign currencies on the reception.

Good interiors but bad customer service. I had to wait for 1 hr 30 mins for the in-room dining menu to be delivered in my room. I had to call 5x to request for the same.

considering its 5 star rating, the buffet lunch was a total disaster! the Malabar Biriyani was the only (remotely) palatable item in the spread. their ballroom is big and classy!

The breakfast spread is really good and the food is delicious. A huge thumbs up and highly recommended for all breakfast lovers out there!
