The rooms are comparable to other 5 star hotels but the service clearly separates this hotel from the rest as the staff are very attentive for details. The hotel is also less busy due to higher price

You will surprise by looking from the outside and when you walk in to inside the Hotel. Whooaaa amazing and the staff were the best really friendly even we're not staying there only visit some friend.

Hotel shuttle to Taipa ferry terminal starts from 11AM. Those who want not to take a taxi can take a shuttle from Venetian hotel. Check the morning time table.
