Old hotel and amenities. $25 car parking (ouch) but close to hospital so no parks anyway.

It's not trendy, and it's worn around the edges, but the superior queen rooms are large and comfortable, and good value if you get one for less than $150. Close to Newtown, the uni and hospital.

City View rooms are better - it's a lovely skyline of the city. Beds are big and comfy. Friendly staff. Bathrooms could do with an update. Very handy to the cbd.
