If you're an elite member of Marriott Bonvoy, don't settle for a bunk bed! Ask for an upgrade to a far better room with a king bed.

Terrible service, they changed 20% tips automatically, without notifying and didn't even split up our check. Burger was good, but latte foam was missing and a tea was barely warm...
