Excellent hotel with gorgeous pool area, very large rooms and well above average breakfast buffet. Breakfast is expensive at 145 AED pp though.

This place is awesome. Service was great, hotel was clean, the accommodations were fantastic. Had no problem with this place. Will definitely come back for a longer visit

Dünya'daki diğer Shangri-La lardan farklı hizmet vardı. Kötü anlamda. Ama yine de güzel bir otel. Kahvaltı süper. Cadde manzarası ise gürültülü bir odayı garanti ediyor.

Excellent service and professional staff. Check - in was in room directly (horizon level -41) with option to have breakfast in the horizon club or dunes cafe.
