About the carrot cake: one cannot refresh old cake by microwaving it for a few minutes. The cake was sent right back. The maitre d admitted it "had been there for a while" 😲😂😳

الصراحه عجبني الديكور و الموقع .. لكن الستاف سيء جداً الطلب ياخذ نص ساعه كان في سيرفس او مطعم !!

مرتبين وديكور مميز وقريب من ووتر فرونت نايزنا لكن الفندق فيه كآبة مدري ليه، والستاف مافيهم لطافة . ما أرجع له.

This hotel is definitely original but lacks of qualitative interior design especially in the rooms. Not a 5 stars hotel or services. I expected something alike their advertising. That's a pity.

great re-purposing of an old electricity building into a design boutique hotel. luxurious rooms, awesome views of Knysna - but Thesen Island itself is a surreal utopia. Look elsewhere for real life.

Such a rad little hotel. The staff were awesome, the rooms were comfy and luxurious, and the Island Cafe and Tapas bar are great. Oh and the breakfast's are epic. Highly recommended.
