It is cozy but gets a good amount of sun during the day. The kids love it. It is also lower than the street level so kids are safer

Both a younger (1-5?) And an older set of climbing sets, swings and sandy areas. Plus room for picnics and games on the grass or bball court. Only issue is it gets crowded sometimes
