Manager of the handbag dpt is nasty and rude; I brought in a bag to return that I got online, and she told me that the online store is a "separate entity" and refused to process the return.

Bury me here when I die. My fave store in the country, and I've been to many dept and specialty boutiques. I actually prefer the Tysons II location since parking isn't as big of a hassle there.
