Be there around noon for fresh roasted duck, chicken, and pork. This is as close to Canal Street as you can get in SoFla.

The first lesson to cook a tasty Chinese dish is to make sure you wash the green leafy veggies like bok choy thoroughly. In this case, double or triple soak the veggies from this store before cooking.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy any if these balls!! I bought a little of each flavor for Hot Pot & they were NASTY. All you taste is flour. Gross!! I wish I can bring mine back for a refund!!

I like to get pork bones for soup, very inexpensive. But like anything else the Chinese do, low prices equal sucky service. Bad service & workers don't speak a lick of English. What's up with that?
