They need a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms, other than that this is one of the nicer hotels on Yorkmont.

Be careful and double check your bill when checking out. They added a $30 charge on my friend'sroom service bill. It was a huge fight with the person at front desk. Someone decided to tip themself $30

Good hotel to stay, plenty of amenities and friendly and helpful staff. A bit far away from everything but in Charlotte you don't have as much traffic as other metropolitan areas anyways.

I can be unbiased because I am not paying. Hotel itself is fine but you can't charge for wifi and not have a fridge or microwave for 3 days. Very hot on 3rd floor. I would not pay to stay here.

No free breakfast and cell reception is minimum to none. Room felt and smelt damp. Can't see another stay here when visiting Charlotte again.

I really like this hotel but if AT&T is the wifi provider, they should fix the cell phone service.

Another reason to stay at this Doubletree: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the StayConnected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect.

Absolutely no cell phone service with AT&T on the 3rd floor and extremely spotty everywhere else. Be careful if you want to use your phone!!

good service, 24 hour airport shuttle, and surprisingly good restaurant food for a hotel. I opted for the shrimp and grits with andouille gravy. Great!
