We booked in advance and we’re pleased with the car, the car seat (not the newest but okay) and their service. So far no complains about Avis.

Helpful staff. Quick and efficient service. Downside? They gave me a Focus and Yaris although I requested a subcompact, twice. Coming from Europe, I honestly wanted a small car!

There's nothing good about this place. The staff couldn't care less, and their policies are a joke. And don't even attempt to rent a car unless you are a middle-age white American.

Slow , disorganized, unfriendly service. One could say "The Newark Experience" since the rest of the airport services are little different.
