เจ้าหน้าที่ควรจัดคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษคล่องๆหน่อยมาอยู่นะ อธิบายนานๆมันเสียเวลาคนอื่น เจ้าหน้าที่ปล่อยให้ หน้าช่องแลกเหรียญว่าง ไม่มีจนท. เพราะมัวไปรับโทรศัพท์ แย่มาก (ฝั่งซ.11)
