Museum is surprisingly interesting with the history of the (fried) potato. The restaurant below is not nice though. Better eat fries at the Markt from the typical booth

Located in the Saaihalle, one of the oldest buildings in Bruges (1399), the world's only museum dedicated to history of potatoes and Belgian fries (yes, Belgian, not French, as we invented them!).

I don't see anything interesting at this place unless you are really into potatoes. Also the fries served at this place are not as delicious as they advertise. You can skip imho.
