A hidden gem located in San Martin, 30 min. south of San Jose. Wings of History - Air Museum not only displays historic aircraft and aviation pieces, but renovates & restores aircraft to be flown!

Only open on certain days a week....I think tues and thurs have opening hours from passing memory...but check before making the treck out!

We went to this little museum on a Sunday & paid $5 for a guided tour. The guide allowed the kids to sit in a couple of aircraft and because the museum is so small they don't have time to get bored.
