Anytime you are trusting the machinery to do what is expected and if not; who is responsible for damages to a vehicle? I learned the hard way and this is why I am posting this message.

We all want our cars kept clean and shiny, no doubt and that is an asset. What I disagree with is the liability that the Car wash proprietor releases themselves from.
