Completely ignored, I walked all around looking at the golf r and not one person even said hello, I walked inside and not even the receptionist said hello everyone was web surfing on their phone.

Brought my wife's car in for a gauge cluster repair and when I got the car back the radio was locked and needed a code..none of the codes they tried worked so no radio for my wife..unacceptable!!
