Some rooms are bigger than others - ask for a room with a bath (rather than shower only) I was told I was 'not allowed' to have a bathrobe because I wasn't staying in a suite. Seriously?

Use your key card to enter the guest lounge on the ground floor. It's like a greenhouse, with a huge Chesterfield sofa, apples, a DVD library & other goodies.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in London when it comes the location, price and comfort. The service and staff are excellent, wi-fi and coffee&tea are free of charge!
