The Maintenance Dept really looks out for the customers. They help you prioritize which work absolutely needs to be done vs what can wait. They understand customer's finances are not infinite.

Appt is definitely necessary. Ask for discounts, VIP perks, AAA discounts, they will work with you. Like it solo much better than Honda World in Downey.

Open way later than Long Beach Honda in Signal Hill (and Sundays!) And unlike LB Honda, they will actually work on the weekends instead of asking you to come back during the week.

I love how their service department is open until 8 PM. It's great for people who don't get off work until 5 or so.

Everyone is really nice...Customer Lounge is nice, free wifi and coffee...just wish they had power outlets in the customer lounge area.

First oil change is free if you've purchased your car from them. Large customer lounge with free coffee, danishes, and Wi Fi.
