Outdated appearance of service waiting area overall. Gnats were flying around..carpets need cleaning, as well as upholstered seats. Service Staff appeared friendly and helpful, but I was surprised!

This place could use a renovation. Feels like 1997 here. The wifi doesn't work well either.

They have a little spot for kids to chill, some vending machines, the reps are pretty nice, the bathrooms are very clean, but always bring something to do, if u can.
