SLOW. I'm here from 6:40 am w/ appointment to fix flat tire. Needed 1 hr 15 min to find patch or replace. First patchable, 5 min later, need to be replace. Then, they do not have one. Thx for nothing.

Told me to be there at 2 and I ended up waiting am extra four hours until I HAD someone finally decide to come help me since my originally assigned worker was too busy. Then another 3 so I left.
