The attended smelled like cigarettes. When I tried to ship I got a story I had to pay 5 bucks extra for special package filler that turned out to be paper even though I wrapped it bubble wrap.

Place needs managed. When you have a guy (Geno) saying to customers " I don't know how to do that, wait for that guy...he'll help you". Train your employees or hire new ones.
